Scot Seat’s produce seats for Lyndon Systems Welfare Vans

Scot Seat Direct Ltd have been working with long standing customer and van conversion specialists Lyndon Systems to create the best seating options available for their welfare van conversions.

The Doncaster based Lyndon Systems have been converting vans for various uses since 2000 and their welfare vans have been designed to be some of the most practical and comfortable on the market today.  The vans are equipped with many high quality fittings, from heating systems to easy clean washing facilities, and this demanded the best quality seating solution.

The vans are fitted with Scot Seat San Carlos high back seats on their new Multi-Van rail system. The San Carlos High Back Seat is one of the most popular on the commercial vehicle market today, thanks to its class leading comfort and safety. The seats are all N1/M1 tested and come with a 3 point inertia reel lap and diagonal seat belt and are a neat compact design with a small footprint.  In addition, the vans use a Scot Seat flip up space saving seat to give more flexible seating options.

The seats are fitted on Scot Seats new Multi-Van Rail System which is M1 tested in all common medium to large panel vans including the new Ford Transit Custom, new Renault Trafic and Mercedes Sprinter that Lyndon Systems are using the most of. The Multi-Van Rail System is a bonded system that is easier to fit than many other rails on the market and can be fitted in lengths as short as 1 meter per seat.

Paul Galvin from Lyndon Systems commented “We are projected to convert 180 vehicles in 2015, each of which will be fitted with 5 Scot Seats. They have been our first choice during our long term relationship due the high quality products and the service the team at Scot Seats offer us.

Lyndon Systems have designed welfare vans for many different van models including Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, Citroen Relay, Peugeot Boxer, Fiat Ducato and Vauxhall Movano.
